4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship only to addresses where THCa and hemp-derived products are legal.

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered by the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • All returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, available here.

  • Opened consumable products cannot be returned, except in cases of defect or damage.

  • Defective items must be reported within the time windows outlined in our Return Policy.

  • BUD-GNX is not responsible for misuse of products, adverse reactions, or legal consequences from improper use.
