🚚 BUD-GNX Shipping Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

At BUD-GNX, we pride ourselves on fast, discreet, and reliable shipping. Please review our policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (ET) on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Times

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays due to carriers, weather, or local laws are outside our control.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship to addresses where hemp-derived THCa products are legal.

  • Some states or local jurisdictions may restrict certain products. Customers are responsible for knowing their local laws before ordering.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

4. Discreet Packaging

  • All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure privacy.

  • Product labels and compliance information are included inside the package, not on the exterior.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, BUD-GNX is not responsible for theft or loss.

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@budgnx.com within 7 days of delivery so we can file a claim or arrange a replacement.

  • Proof of damage (photos/videos) may be required.

6. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, except when the error is ours (wrong/defective item shipped).

  • Some promotions may include free shipping (details will be clearly stated at checkout).

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • BUD-GNX is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
